The Chapter holds monthly meetings, on the third Thursday, at the HOLIDAY INN, 25205 La Paz Road, Laguna Hills (at the intersection of La Paz Road and the I-5 Freeway).  The cost is $23 per person.  Reservations are required by Monday before the date of the meeting.  A Reservation Form is available on this site which can be printed and mailed.

TO START THE NEW YEAR, THE CHAPTER PRESENTS A PROGRAM FEATURING THE SURF CITY SINGERS – SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA’S PREMIER MUSICAL THEATER PERFORMING ENSEMBLE FROM THE ACADEMY FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS IN HUNTINGTON BEACH.

Menu:                                

Yankee pot roast of beef simmered in a rich au jus gravy with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Fresh filet of salmon with dill butter sauce, rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.

Chicken California: Sautéed breast of chicken with sliced avocado and roma tomatoes crowned with Monterey habanera jack cheese served with fire roasted red bell pepper cream sauce with rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.

Also: Caesar salad and dessert will be Tiramisu.
